Easy Payment Plan

BasementFinishers.com has set-up a budget friendly payment process that allows you to make four equal payments that are due as certain phases of the project are completed.

Our project price is guaranteed to remain the same unless a Change Order is signed by both homeowner and representative from BasementFinishers.com.

Payment #1: 

Due at the time the project is signed by both homeowner and BasementFinishers.com  representative.

Payment #2:

Due at the time framing is completed.

Payment #3:

Due at the time that drywall is completed.

Payment #4:

Due at the time that final inspection by the building department is completed and signed off on by building department official.

Any price modifications made by either the homeowner or BasementFinishers.com will be accompanied by a Change Order that is signed by both parties.  All Change Order price modifications will be due at the time the last payment is made.  This helps alleviate any confusion by either party.
